Enable legacy advanced boot menu

If startup repair failed to fix the problem and windows still frequently restarts with  KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE Then Try to Enable legacy advanced boot menu by following steps and check it may help.

To do this again you need to access Advanced option, select option command prompt and execute the command BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY. After that restart windows and check windows start normally.

Boot Into safe mode

If performing both options fails to fix the problem and still getting frequent BSOD error windows fails to start normally then its time to Boot into safe mode where windows start with minimum system requirements and allow you to perform troubleshooting steps.
